Instructor Introduction
In this section, we will ask you to reflect upon your own teaching by thinking about the following questions: How do you teach? Why do you teach the way you teach? Who or what influenced the way you tech? With what students does your teaching seem most effective? With what students does your teaching seem the least effective? In the process, we hope you will develop a greater awareness of how you teach, the reasons behind why you teach this way, and the impact that your teaching has upon student learning. You will also find information to assist in the exploration of your own background in terms of diversity. Reflecting on this information is critical for the self-understanding needed to become a better, more thoughtful instructor. In this section you will find the following information.
