How do I deal with students who are not satisfied with their grades?
- Ask the student to tell you specifically why she or he thinks her
or his paper deserves a better grade.
- Tell students you agree to rethink your evaluation of their answer/essay/lab, but you will rethink your evaluation of the entire document, not just the portions in question.
