How do I develop a positive relationship with my students?
- Respect and listen to your students.
- Be dedicated and enthusiastic in your teaching.
- Be able to do the work and understand the material which your students are
responsible for.
- Do not be afraid to admit your mistakes.
- Expect and praise their best work.
- When they have done well, tell them.
- Be constructive in your criticisms.
- If you do not know the answer, help them find it.
- Be fair and consistent with all students.
