Departmental Problems
- I experience little resource support in terms of teaching ideas and material
from my department.
- I might suggest that people talk to other people in their department in order to get ideas and don't be shy about asking to see/talk about what their syllabi are like. I've found other teacher's to be pretty helpful especially when it comes to specific department genre topics.
