Course Document Feedback Request Form
We know you're busy, and sometimes an office visit with TEP can't fit into a hectic teaching and research schedule. So we've added a "drop-box" option for instructional materials ( rubrics, assignment descriptions, syllabi, etc.) to the TEP site. Simply fill out a short questionnaire about the nature and aims of your materials and attach the document(s). You'll receive email feedback from a TEP consultant within 48 hours. We look forward to hearing from you.
Instructions
Fill out the information below.
When the form is completed, click the Submit button which will open your email application (i.e. Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail). The email address, subject line, and information will be automatically filled in for you. Make any necessary changes and attach the document to be reviewed.
You will receive a reply within 48 hours.
