The Midterm Email Student Feedback Survey

The Teaching Effectiveness Program is now recommending that instructors do their midterm student feedback survey through Blackboard if at all possible. Complete instructions for how to do this can be found on our website.

The advantage to doing it through Blackboard is that you can design the survey to be just what you want, students can respond anonymously and you will get your feedback within whatever time frame you set for responses. The sooner the better!

If this proves difficult, you can also do an email survey through TEP. Surveys go out on Monday morning of week 4,5 or 6. Students have until midnight on Wednesday of that week to respond. We will get the responses to you within a day or two after that depending on how many we have to process. All responses are collected into an email and sent to the instructor. If students are receiving credit for doing the survey, we can also send a list of participating students in random order.

Please take the time to read through the survey guidelines CAREFULLY. Your attention to these guidelines will allow the process to work smoothly and ensure that your feedback results are delivered on time.
