Have you visited the FITT Center lately?

Now's a good time to join or rejoin other satisfied UO faculty and GTFs from more than 100 different departments who have visited the Faculty Instructional Technology Training (FITT) Center for personal assistance in the use of instructional technology and multimedia. Get help with web publishing, Blackboard courseware, presentations, digital video and audio, graphics and digital images, CD-ROM mastering, and other useful technology tools.

The FITT Center has revved up its operations again this fall to meet a growing demand. Requests for Blackboard courseware assistance increased significantly last year. Digital video and audio editing is increasingly popular too, so the Center has upgraded both Windows and Macintosh DV stations and has the latest versions of other popular software as well.

FITT Center staff offer personal consulting and training free of charge. Just drop in during regularly scheduled hours (Monday-Friday, 11am-6pm) or call in advance to make an appointment (346-1942). The Center is located in the Media Services Room 19 on the ground floor of the Knight Library.

When you're not visiting in person, visit FITT’s recently revised and expanded website.
