Departmental Presentations/Trainings
The Teaching Effectiveness Program provides teacher trainings, workshops, seminars, and online and face-to-face classes with credit or no credit options throughout the academic year. We also provide instructional resources tailored to meet the needs of individual departments. Topics have ranged from using instructional technology in the classroom to gender issues in teaching. TEP also conducts custom-designed teacher training sessions for department faculty/GTFs on a variety of teaching topics such as leading effective discussions and strategies for effective presentatons.
If you would like to discuss a special departmental request with TEP, please contact Georgeanne Cooper.
