Why Would I Want to Build a Website for My Course?

Instructors may choose to build a course website for any number of reasons –- increased communication with students, student access to material, and course management, just to name a few. Whether or not you choose to build a coursesite should be dependent upon your course objectives and needs, the cost/benefit balance, and your goals for the students' use of it.
If you’re not sure whether or not investing in the development of a coursesite is right for you, join us as we explore the possibilities for incorporating the web into your teaching and the tools best suited for your intended outcomes.
