Hybrid courses mix robust online learning experiences using Blackboard and other Internet resources with reduced seat time for face-to-face learning.
Join us for an introduction session on the hybrid summer workshop jointly offered by the Teaching Effectiveness Program and the Center for Educational Technology (and part of the University of Oregon’s Faculty Support Program for the Advancement Of Teaching through Instructional Technology).
Learn about the basic concept of hybrids and the requirements for faculty applying for this summer workshop initiative, and additionally hear from a past workshop participant about her experiences within the workshop and developing a hybrid course.
