site has been created to help new University of Oregon teachers get their feet
on the ground. Please ask
questions as you go along. We check our email on a daily basis
(Use the subject line--Online Beginnings) and we will get back to you
as soon as possible--often within a day. Your questions guide us to the resources
which may help you. The same is true for your students. Welcome and encourage
their questions. This is one of the best ways to understand how to teach them--identifying
what they need to know.
Note: If you got here from somewhere else, please understand that our resources are limited and we will necessarily need to focus first on UO instructors and their questions and concerns. We may or may not have time to answers questions from anyone outside of our university.
